General

Candela robots (including accessories) that are purchased by compliance channels or provided as a gift in business activities are covered by after-sales maintenance services by Candela or authorized service providers if there is any quality problem.

Installation services

Candela provides the following on-site installation services:

(1)Disassembly service: When the goods arrive at the customer’s site, Candela will provide the unpacking service according to the time appointed by the customer and check the packing list on-site.

(2)Product setting service: Candela provides the following on-site product function configuration services: basic function settings of the robot, network settings, custom function settings, platform control software installation settings.

(3)Navigation service: Candela provides autonomous navigation services based on the customer’s on-site environment. The navigation service is optional and is affected by hardware and software conditions such as building area, decoration conditions, and network environment. When the navigation can’t be implemented due to customer reasons, the navigation service will be abandoned, but we can guide the customer complete environment transformation and then implement the navigation deployment.

(4)Product training: Candela provides free on-site product training service the first time, including product configuration, navigation, general settings, PC and mobile phone operation training, charging training, daily use and maintenance training.

(5)Technical support: Candela provides remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, FAQs, etc. If the customer has advanced technical support requirements in development and customization, Candela will evaluate the customer’s specific needs and provide charged services.

Warranty Period and Certificate

The warranty period of the entire unit is 12 months, and the warranty period of the core functional components is listed in the Functional Components List and Warranty Period. The start date of the warranty period is the latest of the following dates.

(1)Purchase invoice: A sales invoice issued by Candela or an authorized agent;

(2)Warranty card: The warranty card stamped by Candela or the authorized agent; invalid if altered;

(3)System date: If a valid invoice or warranty card isn’t available, the warranty start date shall be the receipt date or acceptance date in Candela service system;

(4)Ex-factory date: If a valid invoice or warranty card isn’t available, the warranty start date shall be 90 days after the product is delivered.

Guaranteed services

(1)Original category: During the warranty period of the robots, the customer can call the Candela customer service hotline for technical support or ask authorized service provider to provide free local repair and software services if the original hardware of Candela has performance failure or the software has problems.

(2)Non-original category: During the warranty period, the seller is responsible for providing local maintenance and software services if non-original hardware has performance failure or the software has problems.

Return and exchange services

(1)Return: If the main unit has the following non-manmade performance failures within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and have been confirmed by Candela or the authorized service provider, you can choose to repair or replace the main unit of the same model or return the product.

(2)Exchange: If the main unit has the following non-manmade performance failures within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods and have been confirmed by Candela or the authorized service provider, you can choose to repair or replace the main unit of the same model. If the main unit has the following non-manmade performance failures within the warranty period and can’t be repaired within 30 working days after being confirmed by Candela or the authorized service provider, you can choose to replace the main unit of the same model.

Charged services

(1)The warranty period expires;

(2)No warranty certificate and valid invoice (except there is proof of warranty period);

(3)The content on the warranty certificate does not match the physical identification of the product or is altered;

(4)Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and repair according to the instruction manual;

(5)Damage caused by disassembly or repair without permission, repair or modification by unauthorized organization;

(6)Improper use of liquid immersion other than the waterproof level, moisture, mold, insect damage or animal bites;

(7)Damage caused by force majeure;

(8)If it is necessary to deploy navigation or training, installation and commissioning services for the second time due to the customer’s own reasons, the service shall be charged according to the Candela Premium Service Standard.

Extended warranty service

Candela provides customers with extended warranty service, and the extended warranty services shall be charged according to the purchase contract.

Service commitment

(1)Service response: Within 24 hours;

(2)Fast processing channel: Within 48 hours (confirmed by Candela to meet the requirements of fast processing);

(3)Regular testing timeliness: 3-7 working days;

(4)Regular repair timeliness: 3-7 working days;

(5)Routine testing + repair timeliness: 3-15 working days;

(6)Difficult problem handling timeliness: Within 30 working days.

Product performance failure

Name: Performance failure

Main unit, including electronic components: The functions listed in the manual are invalid; can’t be turned on, can’t operate normally; can’t be shut down normally; buttons are invalid; the display is abnormal; the sound is abnormal

Power adapter: Not working or not working properly; can’t be charged properly

Battery: Can’t work normally after charging. The criterion is that the battery capacity is not less than 80%

Automatic charging pile: Not working properly

Other parts: Not working properly
